Villa is in an elevated position in a new residential area above the village
of Peyia, Villa Niovi enjoys panoramic views across the surrounding countryside
down to Coral Bay and the sea. The nearest shops and places to eat are only
a kilometre or so away and it's only just over five kilometres to Coral Bay.
A spacious paved
terrace surrounds the swimming pool behind the villa, bordered by a low stone
wall, over which sunbathers can enjoy to the full the pretty sea views.
A shaded
furnished patio overlooks the pool and has doors into the dining room. Furnished
with a table and chairs, the whitewashed dining room adjoins a spacious utility
area, fitted with pine units and marble-effect work surfaces and equipped with
a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. From here sliding doors lead to the kitchen
area where there's an electric oven and hob and a washing machine.
An archway separates the dining room from the lounge, furnished with sofas and
chairs and a television and with patio doors opening onto a side terrace.
Five steps lead up from the lounge to the bedroom area where there are two twins
and two double bedrooms.
One of the twins has a balcony, as does one of the doubles, whilst the second
double has an en suite shower room. A bathroom and a separate wc complete the
amenities.
Downstairs there is a separate twin bedroom apartment, complete with its own
open-plan lounge/diner and kitchen, furnished with a three-piece suite, a dining
table and chairs, a gas oven and hob and a fridge/freezer. The apartment also
has a shower room.
